The CM9 Opener's purpose would be considered a vile creation were not for the fact that infighting between corpos were a common occurance. The Opener's namesake comes from the brutal nature of disposing of models, as if they are a walking Can Opener on legs. They have the ability to magnetically pull another Model from afar and peel away their armor and internals in less than a minute. They are the answer if Rippers are not enough, built specifically to counter Model combatants and hostiles.
Despite having more sapience than most of other Blood Butchers, they are still cunning maniacs, it doesn't help that they are larger than average and are tougher than most Models. Managing Openers is quite a task as they tend to bully other Models smaller than her, as such unless you are a Wrath Model CEO or a Model bigger than an Opener, it is ill advised aquiring one as they will use their size, strength, and powers to get their way.
