The C-TD Jackal is highly well known to take out big threats in the Blasted Wastes, equipped with an anti-tank rifle they are considered essential against high priority threats that need elimination. Equipped with state of the art camouflage their roles are away from the battlefield. Despite very impressive survival rate, a Jackal is only as good as her team, and if she sees her comrades get picked out one by one they will quickly run away traumatized believing she didn't do enough to save them. As such, Jackals should only be assigned to veteran squads where death is less likely.
Jackals are one of the rare Capra Models that are not equipped with their corpo-specifc Black Box. The reason for this is that Lone Wolf Jackals are known to carry out missions that are under the table, and should they be eliminated or captured in the battlefield, there is no data nor recordings for any would be conspirator to aquire.
